5 FACTS ABOUT THE HUMAN HEART THAT WILL AMAZE YOU
1. It supplies blood to every cell
Apart from the cornea, every cell in the human body gets blood from the heart.
2. It works hard
In a day, the heart beats around 100,000 times and pumps about 1.5 gallons of blood per minute.
3. It is spiritually significant
The heart is an emblematic symbol in many religions, signifying truth, conscience, or moral courage.
4. It has an electrical impulse
Due to this, the heart can continue to beat even when separated from the body as long as it has an adequate supply of oxygen.
5. It is psychologically influenced
Happiness and a strong sense of emotional vitality help lower the risk of heart disease.

Couples Fitness Training Exercises
Jogging outdoors: While jogging, have your partner sprint ahead of you until they get tired, and then when you catch up to them, you can sprint and vise-versa. This is an excellent way of applying (HIIT) High-Intensity Interval Training to your fitness routine.
Medicine Ball Crunch: Have your partner lie down on the fitness mat with their knees bent. Now while holding on to your partner’s ankles, have them take the ball on their head and sit up, bring it to the front of their chest, and repeat. Perform three sets of 15 repetitions.
Yoga or Pilates Class: You and your partner motivate each other to try outdoor Yoga or indoor Pilates. These meditative classes will ensure you reduce your stress levels and boost endorphins.
Coed Sports: Rather than risk head-to-head competition, join a friendly coed sports team and stay fit and social. A team with a wide range of ability levels is a great place to add fun to a workout without you or your partner feeling insignificant. Remember, if weight loss is your goal, make sure there isn’t too much beer consumption.
Circuit Training: Many couples enjoy setting up circuits together. You and your partner each select a few exercises and the amount of weight or resistance you are comfortable using. Then, you can move through the circuit together or at different stations, motivating each other but not necessarily a side-by-side comparison.
