Community Enhancement
Housing and Community Enhancement Programs
The City of Coconut Creek offers a range of affordable housing and community development services to provide quality housing to low, moderate, and workforce-income households. The City also provides services to improve the character of existing neighborhoods. Funding for these programs include federal funding through the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program and the HOME Investment Partnerships (HOME) Program, state funding through the State Housing Initiatives Partnership (SHIP) Program, and local funding through the City's Affordable Housing Trust Fund.

Below you will find several foreclosure prevention resources and links to helpful websites. The most important thing you can do is to contact your lender early - waiting until late in the foreclosure process to make initial contact will limit your options.
