Youth Theater Presents Disney's Beauty and the Beast Jr

  • Learn aspects of theater through techniques and materials, including character breakdown, direction, vocal projecting as well as set and prop building
    • Program concludes with a live performance of Disney’s “Beauty and the Beast Jr.”
    • Participants will be assigned a part following an audition
  • Ages 8 to 14
  • February 7th through June 1st (auditions Wednesday, February 7th, at 6:30 PM)
    • Wednesdays and Thursdays, 6:00 PM to 8:30 PM
    • Saturdays, 10:30 AM to 12:30 PM
    • No classes on February 24th, March 23rd, 27th, 28th and 30th
    • Live performance on Saturday, June 1st
  • $200 for Coconut Creek residents; $220 for non-residents
    • Credit card payment only; no cash or checks currently being accepted
    • Includes script and performance materials
    • Participants are responsible for their costume
  • Held at the Recreation Complex, 4455 Sol Press Boulevard

    • Registration is ongoing until full; space is limited to 25 participants

  • Disney’s “Beauty and the Beast Jr.” is presented through a special arrangement with Music Theatre International (MTI); all authorized performance materials are also supplied by MTI, MTIShows.com
