Instructional Chess Club

Add to:
  • Open chess play for elementary school students
    • Players without chess experience are welcome
    • Staff will assist beginners with the rules and basic strategies
  • Ages 6 to 10
    • Session 1 – Wednesdays, February 14th through March 13th
    • Session 2 – Fridays, February 16th through March 15th
  • 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM
  • $20 per session for Coconut Creek residents; $30 per session for non-residents
  • Credit card payment only; no cash or checks currently being accepted
  • Held at the Recreation Complex, 4455 Sol Press Boulevard
  • Registration Details:
    • Registration is ongoing until full; space is limited to 8 participants per session
    • Limited to one session per participant
    • Register online at CoconutCreek.net/WebTrac or by walk-in at the Recreation Complex or at the Community Center, 1100 Lyons Road
    • You must have a WebTrac account prior to registering online
