Coconut Creek 2024 Summer Day Camp

• A summer day camp program for elementary and middle school students
  • Full and weekly camp enrollment options available; no changes permitted once an enrollment option has been selected
  • Enrollment will be on a first come, first served basis
  • Enrollment includes up to 2 field trips per week; all campers in attendance on field trip day must attend field trips
  • Food/beverage is not included in camp fee and is not provided
  • Additional camp shirts can be purchased for $10 each while supplies last
• Ages 5 to 13
  • Must be born on or between September 1, 2010 and September 1, 2018
• Weekdays – Monday, June 17^th, through Friday, August 9^th
  • No camp on Wednesday, June 19^th, and Thursday, July 4^th
• 7:30 AM earliest drop off; 6:00 PM latest pick up
• Camp Locations:
  • Community Center, 1100 Lyons Road – South Camp
  • Recreation Complex, 4455 Sol Press Boulevard – North Camp
• Coconut Creek resident enrollment option 1 of 2 – available at both camps:
  • Full 8-week camp registration
    • Coconut Creek resident 8-week camp enrollment fee is $1,100
    • Recreation Complex-North Camp online registration ONLY for Coconut Creek residents starts Monday, March 11^th, at 6:00 PM and will remain open until full. Walk-in registration for the Recreation Complex camp will begin Tuesday, March 12^th, at 8:00 AM
    • Community Center online registration ONLY for Coconut Creek residents starts Monday, March 18^th, at 6:00 PM and will remain open until full. Walk-in registration for the Community Center Full camp will begin Tuesday, March 19^th, at 8:00 AM
    • Full 8-week campers will receive two camp shirts
• Coconut Creek resident enrollment option 2 of 2 – available at South Camp ONLY:
  • Weekly Camp Registration
    • Coconut Creek resident weekly camp enrollment fee is $165 per week
      • $145 per week for the weeks of June 17^th and July 1^st
    • Walk-in registration and online registration for Coconut Creek residents Weekly Camp Registration starts Monday, April 15^th, at 8:00 AM and will remain open until full
    • Limited availability based on the number of spots remaining after full 8-week camp registration
    • Weekly campers who register for less than 4 weeks will receive 1 camp shirt; weekly campers who register for 4 or more weeks will receive 2 camp shirts while supplies last
• Non-Coconut Creek resident registration, if available:
  • Unincorporated Broward County is considered a non-resident of Coconut Creek
  • Non-Coconut Creek resident full 8-week camp enrollment fee is $1,320
  • Non-Coconut Creek resident weekly camp enrollment fee is $200 per week
    • $170 per week for the weeks of June 17^th and July 1^st
  • Walk-in registration and online registration for non-Coconut Creek residents, for both full and weekly camp options, starts Monday, May 6^th, at 8:00 AM
    • Weekly campers who register for less than 4 weeks will receive 1 camp shirt; weekly campers who register for 4 or more weeks will receive 2 camp shirts while supplies last
• Registration requirements for both online and walk-in:
  • Submit completed, signed, and notarized Summer Camp registration form with payment in full
  • Bring the following items to be visually verified by staff:
    • Copy of child’s birth certificate
                               AND
    • Identification: current/valid DMV driver’s license or valid passport
                               AND
    • Proof of Coconut Creek residency: water bill, cable bill, electric bill, voter registration, yearly lease agreement or renter’s insurance; bills no more than 2 months from date of submission
  • Credit card payment only; no cash or checks currently being accepted
    • WebTrac online payment accepts Discover, MasterCard, and Visa
    • Credit card payments accepted in person include American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa
      • Refunds will only be granted during the first 3 days following registration, including weekends and holidays
      • Register online at CoconutCreek.net/WebTrac or by walk-in at either camp location
        • You must have a WebTrac account prior to registering online
        • Test your online system prior to the start of registration; there will be no computer access or technical assistance at either location for registration
        • For help with setting up a WebTrac account, visit either camp location with identification, proof of Coconut Creek residency, and copy of child’s birth certificate
