The Recreation Complex is located on Lyons Road and Sol Press Boulevard (near Johnson Road). Opened in 1994, the Recreation Complex offers activities, classes, sports leagues, meeting rooms, a picnic area, indoor basketball courts, covered playground, splash pad, computer room, game room, and Fitness Center North, home to CreekFit.

Mayor's Chess Challenge
The City of Coconut Creek is proud to announce:
9TH ANNUAL MAYORS’ CHESS CHALLENGE
- In support of Scholastic Chess, the City of Coconut Creek is hosting a chess challenge event which provides the opportunity for players of all ages, novices and experts alike, to join elected officials, community leaders, and other participants for fun and friendly chess matches
- All ages and skill levels welcome
- Participants age 17 and under must be accompanied by a legal guardian

The playground at the Recreation Complex is closed for renovations. An all-inclusive playground with ramps is expected to open by May 1st.
