Recreation Complex
The Recreation Complex is located on Lyons Road and Sol Press Boulevard (near Johnson Road). Opened in 1994, the Recreation Complex offers activities, classes, sports leagues, meeting rooms, a picnic area, indoor basketball courts, covered playground, splash pad, computer room, game room, and Fitness Center North, home to CreekFit.

Events and Activities
Boys Basketball League 12 to 16
- Basketball league for boys ages 12 to 16 (age as of September 1, 2024)
- Age divisions:
- 13U (12 and 13 years; 6th and 7th grade)
- 16U (14, 15, and 16 years; 8th, 9th, and 10th grade)
- 10 games for all divisions plus playoffs
- Jersey and shorts included
- Volunteer coaches needed
- Application and background screening with fingerprinting required
- League dates:
- Player evaluations to be held at the Community Center, 1100 Lyons Road
- 13U – Monday, March 11th, at 6:30 PM
- 16U – Wednesday, March 13th, at 6:30 PM
- Practices will start the week of March 17th; to be held either indoors at the Community Center or outdoors at Lyons Creek Middle School basketball courts, 4841 Lyons Technology Parkway
- Days, times, and locations of practices will be determined by volunteer coaches and will be communicated after teams are chosen
- Games will start Saturday, April 20th; to be held at the Community Center
- 13U – Thursday evenings and Saturdays
- 16U – Tuesday evenings and Saturdays
- $120 for Coconut Creek residents; $170 for non-residents
- To qualify as a Coconut Creek resident, the following must be provided:
- State-issued driver’s license or valid passport for identification
- And one of the following as proof of Coconut Creek residency: valid voter’s registration card, water bill, cable bill, or electric bill
- Bills cannot be more than two months older than the date on which they are submitted as proof of residency
- Registration details:
- Registration open from January 1st through February 29th or until full
- First time registration, a birth certificate copy must be brought to the Community Center in order that participant age and legal guardianship may be visually verified
- Register online at CoconutCreek.net/WebTrac or by walk-in at the Community Center or at the Recreation Complex, 4455 Sol Press Boulevard

The playground at the Recreation Complex is closed for renovations. An all-inclusive playground with ramps is expected to open by May 1st.
