The Recreation Complex is located on Lyons Road and Sol Press Boulevard (near Johnson Road). Opened in 1994, the Recreation Complex offers activities, classes, sports leagues, meeting rooms, a picnic area, indoor basketball courts, covered playground, splash pad, computer room, game room, and Fitness Center North, home to CreekFit.

Earth Day Poster Contest Workshops
- To celebrate Earth Day, the City of Coconut Creek is hosting workshops for the Earth Day 2025 Recycling Poster Contest. These workshops are provided to Coconut Creek residents and students who would like to create a poster for contest submission.
- Supplies will be provided
- Limit one submission per person; complete submission waiver online at CoconutCreek.net/EarthDayPoster
- Grades kindergarten through 8th

The playground at the Recreation Complex is closed for renovations. An all-inclusive playground with ramps is expected to open by May 1st.
