Recreation Complex
The Recreation Complex is located on Lyons Road and Sol Press Boulevard (near Johnson Road). Opened in 1994, the Recreation Complex offers activities, classes, sports leagues, meeting rooms, a picnic area, indoor basketball courts, covered playground, splash pad, computer room, game room, and Fitness Center North, home to CreekFit.

Events and Activities
Co-ed Instructional Basketball League 2025
- Instructional league for boys and girls to have fun and stay active while learning how to play basketball
- 3 skill-building clinics plus 10 regular games
- Coach-refereed, no score games
- Same day practice and games
- 40 minute practice and 20 minute game; 4 to 5 minute quarters
- Jersey, shorts, and basketball included
- Ages 6 to 7; age as of August 31, 2026
- Clinics held on Saturdays, July 19th through August 2nd
- 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM
- Games held on Saturdays, August 9th through October 18th
- 9:00 AM to 10:15 AM
- No games on August 30th
- Dates are subject to change depending on the amount of registrations
- $120 for Coconut Creek residents; $170 for non-residents
- To qualify as a Coconut Creek resident, the following must be provided:
- State-issued driver’s license or valid passport for identification
- And one of the following as proof of Coconut Creek residency: valid voter’s registration card, water bill, cable bill, or electric bill
- Bills cannot be more than two months older than the date on which they are submitted as proof of residency
- Credit card payment only

- Registration open from April 14th through June 30th or until full
- Register online at CoconutCreek.net/WebTrac or by walk-in at the Recreation Complex or at the Community Center, 1100 Lyons Road
- You must have a WebTrac account prior to registering online

- In order that a participant’s age and legal guardianship are visually verified, a copy of their birth certificate may be required to be brought to either walk-in location
The playground at the Recreation Complex is closed for renovations. An all-inclusive playground with ramps is expected to open by May 1st.
