Creek Fit is pleased to offer Polar Club Heart Rate Training. Polar Club is a system that allows training with live heart rate feedback in a group fitness setting. Get real-time feedback of heart rate, intensity zones, and calories burned.

Details
- Participants must purchase their own Polar compatible heart rate monitor online or at a local retailer prior to class. Compatible Polar models: H9, H10, and OH1.
- Participants must create a free Polar Flow account at flow.polar.com to track results prior to the first class
Registration Details
- Registration only at Creek Fit North, Recreation Complex, 4455 Sol Press Boulevard.
- Coconut Creek residents must show 2 proofs of residency; members must present Creek Fit Plus Polar membership card
Ages
- 12 to 14 must attend with parent
- 17 and under must have a parent or legal guardian present to sign a Release of Liability waiver, as well as a waiver outlining the CDC guidelines for Covid-19
